**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct cold calling to potential clients in the USA for property rentals tailored to student accommodation needs.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.

3. Coordinate property viewings and assist clients throughout the rental process, ensuring a smooth experience.

4. Utilize MS Office tools effectively to manage client data and communication.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.

6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of one year of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in dealing with USA clients.

2. Strong cold calling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

3. Excellent communication skills in English, with a good vocabulary and grammar.

4. Minimum degree education required; higher degrees such as an MBA are preferable.

5. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
