**Job Title**: Court and Govt Office Clerk at Law firm
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: Lead Advocate
**Summary**:
The Law clerk shall be responsible for providing administrative support to the law firm.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing the firm's filing system.
- Register documents and coordinate with registration agent.
- Court cases coordination and updating.
- Do Online and offline filing.
- Obtain Certified Copies.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in office administration or human resources.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
