Customer Service Representative

Must be fluent in both English and Hindi
- Has a quick grasp of business processes and operations.

- Should be self motivated and self-disciplined enough to work dedicatedly from home everyday at the required timings.
- Can own responsibility and see pending tasks to their due execution.
- Can effectively perform repeated tasks with enthusiasm.
- Possess good listening and convincing skills while handling calls.He/She should be responsible for efficient dealing of customer complaints to enable satisfaction of customers.
- Has patience and empathy to deal with various kinds of customers
- Impeccable in work etiquette and ethics.
- Ability to go beyond job responsibilities and look at the bigger picture.
- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Previous work experience preferred but not mandatory.

**The responsibilities will include**
- Identifying and assessing issues and methodically resolving them.
- Working as a coordinator between customer support and warehouse team.
- Maintaining system records.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Working with the internal teams to arrive at effective and successful resolutions.
- Ideally proactively mapping out trends in common issues and complaints and coming up with fixes and suggestions.
- If needed, upselling and cross-selling products to customers.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
