Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Customer Service Activities for India sub region.
- Sales order execution in SAP based on customer Purchase Orders for ME in European sales org.
- Work closely with Pricing officer on updating the prices & Schemes applicable for the month.
- Single point of contact for distributors for resolving all queries related to product availability, expedites, push outs.
- Customer Claims Management.
- Follow up with Europe/US/APAC Supply Planners for expedites/DN creations & Shipment processing.
- Ensure KPI & Goals are delivered as per target.
- Assist Planning team to identify potential material shortages & expedites.
- Delivery Creation for sales orders & communication with 3PL warehouse team to execute the delivery.
- HSS Documentation for Indian Customers.
- Follow up with Credit Control team for release of Credit Blocks.
- Backorder review & communication with commercial team for cancellation or execution of backorders.
- Ensuring OTIF in line with monthly targets.
- Identify improvement areas in Order Management process to Atomize the manual process & strengthen SAP Controls.
- Monitor Sox Control & Sensitive Transaction in SAP.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Any discipline.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service Management.
- Knowledge in SAP - SD / MM Modules
- Adequate knowledge of Import & Export documentation
- KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Ability
- MIS Reporting / Graphs, Pivot Tables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
