**Key Responsibilities**
- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule meetings and ensure optimal time management for the CEO.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, compiling necessary documents, and taking detailed minutes.
- Organize events and manage logistics for executive-level gatherings and client meetings.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:
- **Project and Task Management**:
- Track and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring follow-ups and completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
- **Research and Data Analysis**:
- Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making.
- Prepare data reports and analytics on request.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
