Location: SAS Nagar (Mohali)

**Key Responsibilities **1. **Technology Leadership & Strategy**

a. Develop and implement a cohesive technological strategy that aligns with our company's vision and business goals.

b. Stay abreast of emerging trends in React, Node and as mern stack developer., fine jewelry e-commerce, and broader IT advancements.

2. **Product Development.**

Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions for our internal fine jewelry portal.b. Ensure the integration of React, Node and as mern stack developer. technology to innovate and enhance our product offerings.

3. React, Node and as mern stack developer. Consulting a. Spearheaded React, Node and as mern stack developer. consulting projects, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time and budget.b. Provide expertise in React, Node and as mern stack developer. technology, advising on best practices, tools, and methodologies.

4. **Technology Development and Implementation**

a. Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and infrastructure.

b. Ensure the scalability and security of technology solutions.

c. Lead the R&D efforts to drive innovation within the company.

5**. Team Leadership & Development**

a. Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

b. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tech department.

6. **Operational Management**

a. Oversee the day-to-day technology operations.

b. Ensure the alignment of technology services with the needs of the business.

c. Monitor the performance of technology systems to ensure efficiency.

7. **Budget Management and Resource Allocation**

a. Develop and manage the technology budget.

b. Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of technology projects. c. Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

8. **Risk Management and Compliance**

a. Oversee cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect company data

.b. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

c. Manage technology-related risks to the business.

9**. Continuous Learning and Adaptation**

a. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. b. Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the technology team.

10. **Customer Focus**

a. Align technology initiatives with customer needs. b. Incorporate customer feedback into technology solutions.

11. **Quality Assurance and Testing**

a. Ensure the quality of technology products and services.

12. **Stakeholder Collaboration**

a. Collaborate closely with other C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

b. Communicate technology strategy to partners, investors, and stakeholders.

c. Serve as the company's spokesperson for technology-related matters.

d. Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology, preferably React, Node
- **and as mern stack developer.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of React, Node and as mern stack developer. technology and its key players in the market.**
- Experience in product development and project management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.
