Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment.

Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of technical roles such as software developers, engineers, system administrators, etc.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AIRS) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,150.78 - ₹25,185.52 per month
