**Job Overview**:
An established and proven IT & Technology Consultancy are actively recruiting for a permanent role, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- New Business opportunities within existing and new customers - being comfortable with both tele sales and Teams/Zoom activity is a distinct advantage
- Qualify business potential and book confirmed appointments for the Sales Manager
- Update CRM’s and data as required - especially Pipedrive, Outlook calendar and Excel
- Liaise with the Management & IT Support Teams as part of a united business unit looking to deliver calm, attentive customer care to existing clients and onboard new customers efficiently.
- Minimum call volume 84 per day, 10 meetings set per week

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge and spoken English.

Full training on sales approach, business culture and ethos will be given with a structured 3-month induction Program intended to both establish their competency whilst developing product knowledge. This is a role where quality over quantity is a key culture at a steady, measurable working pace where positivity and initiative are rewarded.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
