The Public Relations Executive in Hospital is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and guests of the hospital. The Executive acts as the primary point of contact for patients and guests and provides exceptional customer service by addressing their needs and concerns. The Public Relations Department is responsible for implementation of hospital marketing programs, advertising, communication, patient satisfaction monitoring. Not only does it help the hospital organization achieve its socio
- economic goals but also helps in patients well being/speedy recovery.

Public relations (PR) in a hospital involves managing the hospital's reputation and relationships with stakeholders, and communicating information to the public:

- **Building a brand**: Creating an identity for the hospital to promote awareness, connect with consumers, and differentiate from competitors
- **Managing relationships**:Acting as a liaison between the hospital and its internal and external stakeholders.
- **Monitoring patient satisfaction**:Ensuring the hospital is meeting the needs of its patients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,782.91 per month
