**Immediate Joining**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the hospital's reputation and visibility.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Organize and manage hospital events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on the hospital's public image.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field/ Any Degree.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in hospital public relations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and hospital operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful media relations and PR campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crisis situations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and PR software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
