**About Children First**Children Firstis a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service located across Delhi and Gurgaon. We have been providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents until the age of 25 years for over a decade.Our team is led by Dr Amit Sen, Dr Shelja Sen and Dr Kavita Arora, who have deep expertise and extensive experience in the child and adolescent mental health space. Over the years they were joined by some of the most committed, empathetic, and skilled professionals, building a multidisciplinary team, which continues to grow.**Whom are we looking for?**Children First is looking for an energetic, committed, and mission-driven professional to support us in expanding our footprint and impact through outreach efforts with schools, communities, and mental health professionals.Roles and responsibilitiesSetting up school and community outreach and training calendars and offerings in collaboration with other Children First team members
Owning all partnership-related and ongoing communication with schools, mental health professionals, and community organisations (NGOs, foundations, RWAs)
Visiting schools and community partners along with the clinical team for events
Working closely with the social media lead on driving promotion and registrations for training
Managing operations from launch to closure, including ongoing participant support, session logistics, payments, certifications, and post-program follow-ups (e.g., content/ creatives to share on social media)
Thought partnership on new programs and research support as required
Core competenciesStrong conceptual and tactical problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Demonstrated organisational ability and attention to detail
Commitment to driving impact in the child mental health space
Solid interpersonal skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Team player with a keenness to work with children and adolescents, and a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, etc.
Fluent in English and Hindi
QualificationsBachelors/ masters in psychology
Program management training is preferable
1-2 years of experience in outreach/ program coordination

**More about our outreach efforts**At Children First we recognize the importance of engaging with the wider ecosystem to create a world where our children and young people can thrive. We currently execute the following outreach and training programs**:STC**:Schools are an essential part of a child’s ecosystem. The ‘Schools That Care’ program works collaboratively with schools to build an emotionally safe climate for creative life skills training, for students, staff and parents. We also offer hands-on workshops on topics relevant to today’s context for parents, teachers and students. These can be customised as per the needs of the school.
**CTC**: Empowered communities are the ones that provide opportunities for growth and holistic well-being to each of its members. Communities That Care is an initiative towards building safe and sensitive communities where each individual feels valued and is able to harness their creative energies. Through this initiative, we conduct workshops and training for corporates, NGOs, Colleges, RWAs, as well as other formal organisations.
**Training**:In order to address the existing training gaps in the field of child and adolescent mental health, we conduct regular training programs for professionals, parents, and teachers. Our training is hands-on, and interactive and equips participants to use the skills learnt across diverse settings, including schools, NGOs, children’s homes and private practice.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
