As a Marketing Coordinator, your role is to identify, engage, and coordinate with potential guests to appear on our podcast. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry leaders, experts, and influencers to secure high-quality guest appearances. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our podcast by bringing diverse perspectives and valuable insights to our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Outreach**:

- Identify potential guests who align with the podcast's theme, target audience, and content objectives.
- Reach out to industry leaders, experts, authors, and influencers to invite them as guests on the podcast.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that highlight the value proposition of appearing on our podcast.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture relationships with potential guests through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Maintain a database of contacts and track interactions to ensure follow-up and relationship continuity.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to guests throughout the booking process.
- **Booking Coordination**:

- Coordinate guest scheduling, ensuring alignment with the podcast calendar and availability of hosts.
- Communicate logístical details, such as interview format, time, and technical requirements, to guests.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including podcast hosts and producers, to facilitate smooth interview logistics.
- **Preparation and Support**:

- Prepare guests for their podcast appearance by providing information, guidelines, and interview expectations.
- Assist guests with technical setup, audio quality optimization, and troubleshooting, if necessary.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by guests and provide support throughout the pre-interview process.
- **Promotion and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming podcast episodes featuring guest appearances.
- Develop promotional materials, social media assets, and strategies to maximize guest exposure and audience engagement.
- Explore opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion with guests to extend the podcast's reach and impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in outreach, relationship management, or guest booking, preferably in a media or podcasting environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple guest bookings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with podcasting platforms, audio production processes, and technical requirements is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for podcasting, storytelling, and engaging with diverse voices and perspectives.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based work environment, depending on company policy and preferences.
- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate guest scheduling across different time zones.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for industry events, conferences, or in-person interviews.
