You’ll be required to demonstrate personal commitment to stakeholders by fulfilling responsibilities, following agreements, involving others and removing obstacles to shared accomplishments; implementing corrective measures, improvements in the implementation of work processes, systems, procedures to improve payroll compliance and control. You should be highly organised and set a standard of excellence in everything that you do.

**What you will be doing**
- Managing end-to-end processing of global payroll on monthly basis
- Processing inputs such as starter, leaver, overtime & absences, reimbursements & claims, etc.
- Updating and maintaining payroll records with accuracy
- Compiling & reconciling payroll reports to meet internal and statutory obligations
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
- Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal group (as required)
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with month end closing activity and ad hoc tasks as required

**What you will need**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BA, B.Com/M.COM/MBA)
- Fresher or minimum of 2+ year’s payroll experience handled 5000+ employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using payroll software
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Must be detailed oriented, organised and hard working with a great sense of urgency
