**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for business clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong professional network.
- Develop and implement strategies for retaining and growing existing business relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
