Documentation / paperwork starting from the booking of an apartment till possession.
Supporting the Sales Marketing team for residential projects.
Responsible for completion of after sales documentation.
Incharge of handing over formalities and transactions of Properties to the buyers.
Coordinate for registration and legal documentation for the sale agreements.
To act as an interface between the Customers, Engineering and Sales department of the Company.
Data entry in CRM / ERP.
Preparing sales MIS and analysis.
Generation of demand letters and collection of payments.
Coordination with the Finance team for documentation of loans from Financial Institutions.
To handle and resolve interim customer complaints and develop feedback procedure for complaints redressal.
Managing a team of CRM executives.

Good interpersonal communication skills.
Good Team Player
Confidence and ability to interact with the engineering and sales department of the company high profile clients.
Self-motivated and result oriented, can work independently.
