**JD**:
**1. Client Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their buying process, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

**2. Product Demonstration**:

- Build relevant product knowledge to ensure the right product pitch.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our ERPNext solution tailored to the client's needs.

**3. Solution Proposal**:

- Collaborate with Inside Sales to obtain leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical teams to develop customized solution proposals that address the client's specific requirements.

**4. Functional Expertise**:Develop a deep understanding of our ERPNext platform to effectively communicate its technical aspects and advantages to clients.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities

**6. Team Management**

**7. Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the management.**

**8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisitions and revenue generation.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the software industry, preferably in ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in Business development, Telesales and lead generation
- Strong understanding of ERPNext or similar ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

2. **Experience**: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role, preferably in the ERP software industry.

3. **ERP Knowledge**: Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ERPNext, and understanding of business processes in various industries.

4. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

5. **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients.

6. **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
