**Job Description**:
As a Presales Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our web development services. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our web development services and identify potential opportunities.
- Engage prospects in consultative discussions to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our web development solutions, effectively positioning them to address prospect requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including budget, timeline, and project scope.
- Document and maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in the technology or web development industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Adapt at conducting needs assessments and identifying opportunities for our services.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
