**Job Description: Relationship Executive - Real Estate Marketing**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Relationship Executive to join our Real Estate Marketing team. As a Relationship Executive, you will be a key driver in acquiring new clients, conducting initial meetings, and building strong relationships within the real estate sector. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you'll be responsible for nurturing leads, understanding client needs, and presenting our real estate solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition: Utilize your expertise and network to generate prospective clients through various methods including referrals, networking, online platforms, and market research.
- Initial Meetings: Schedule and lead introductory meetings with potential clients to comprehend their real estate preferences, objectives, and investment goals.
- Property Presentations: Leverage your knowledge to showcase our portfolio of real estate offerings, emphasizing their unique features and advantages to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, conducting timely follow-ups, and offering personalized support.
- Sales Targets: Utilize your proven sales acumen to consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the real estate marketing division.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed guidance and recommendations.
- Documentation: Assist clients in navigating through necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements, ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent stages of the transaction.
- CRM Utilization: Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and property preferences using our CRM system.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, or real estate marketing is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the real estate industry with familiarity in the property market landscape.
- Effective presentation skills to effectively showcase real estate properties and their value propositions.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software or sales tools for lead management and client interactions.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability for joining the team is mandatory.

**Compensation**:

- Salary Range: INR. 25,000 - 30,000 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Additional performance-based incentives or bonuses based on achieving sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
