**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in line with our media services, including advertising space, sponsorships, content partnerships, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to tailor effective media solutions that align with their goals and our offerings.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our media products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and campaigns that address clients' specific requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and market insights to provide clients with strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, using CRM tools as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Familiarity with media industry trends, audience insights, and the ability to translate these into sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
