**Your profile**:
IT BusinessPartner/ Demand Management Professional is responsible as a single point ofcontact for handling demands arising out of business in their day-to-dayactivities. She\He should be able to talk to business, translate their demandin IT terms and supervise for completing the demand with the necessarystakeholders in business as well as IT.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Demand Management, budgeting, vendor coordination for digitalization initiatives.
- Application project coordination
- Collaborate and Co-ordinate within IT Team. Location IT Support.
- Need to coordinate at base locations in Gurgaon and Germany.
- Partnering with the business/ plant stakeholders, you will further develop the plant's IT architecture and support implementing SE IT Central Programs coordinated with the SE IT global teams.

**MandatorySkills**:

- B.E/B.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science/IT or in related field with minimum 6-8 years of experience.
- Understanding of Cloud Technology
- Knowledge of Cyber Security topics.
- Understanding of ticketing systems, ITIL processes and IT operations.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of scripting/development.
- Good communication skills and proactive thinking.

**Good to have**:

- SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Knowledge of IT OT and AI
- Knowledge of network LAN\WAN
- Knowledge of Backup/Recovery concept.
