**Full Job Description**

Follow up with clients and team and send quotations and follow up for orders and payments of consumer durable items.

Prepare excels for reporting and follow ups.

Prepare PPT for presentations and product offers.
- Coordinate with Customer
- Periodic review of specification and communicate to Production and Supply chain
- Resolution of customer complaints and coordinating with Quality assurance team
- Follow up with clients and team and send quotations and follow up for orders and payments of consumer durable items.
- Prepare excels for reporting and follow ups.
- Prepare PPT for presentations and product offers.
- Plan to achieve the KPIs
- To plan and make things to meet OTD (On Time Delivery)
- Coordinate with various functions for on time completion of all work assigned.
- Coordinating with Supply Chain for ensuring availability of all materials in line with the plan
- Periodical update on the order for respective customer

Schedule:

- Day shift
