As a Field Sales Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. Your primary goal will be to support the sales representatives in achieving their targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of fieldwork and office-based tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shadowing experienced sales representatives during customer visits to learn about sales techniques, product demonstrations, and customer interactions.
- Assisting in identifying potential sales leads and opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Participating in sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of the company's products, services, and sales strategies.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
- Providing support in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in the coordination of logistics for sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
