Customer Support Executive

Dealing with customer queries on a range of issues e.g. access issues, entitlement setups, licensing queries, account USER ID, messages not being sent, troubleshooting, coordination etc
- Provision of technical support for Cellx products. This will include authentication using the various authentication systems e.g. CRM, Reviewing the account history,
- Filter large volumes of issues reported by users which will require excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
- Customer Support to customers e.g. being able to talk the user through using any part of the product websites and rectifying any browser, technical access problems or errors. Must be able to breakdown complex technical jargon into simple user friendly language
- Update customer information on various CRM systems
- Backup for other tasks within customer service as and when required
- Pre sales support
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
