Business Analysis Associate

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in analyzing data, performing data deep dives, performing root cause analysis, performing quality reviews, coordinating between interested parties, engaging SME's, making practical recommendations, creating metrics, and reporting. Blended role for project management, process improvement and data analysis.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- You will Execute on project deliverables, including analyzing & documenting business requirements testing, operating model assessments, and project implementation
- You will be designing and implementing a risk management process covering financial, operation or business impact
- You will be performing risk assessment & analyzing current risks and identifying potential risk - Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies. Provide recommendations for improvements to business processes.
- You will build process knowledge to develop & maintain a strong control adherence, analyze problems & find solutions
- You will lead change management, partner with CRMO leads and stakeholders to help define business case for changes that would improve processes/reporting and see them through to implementation.
- You will contribute in problem solving / Analytical skills with an ability to synthesize large data & formulate appropriate conclusions.
- You will be analyzing issues and paving way for continuous improvement in functions tested, identifying alternatives that are effective, practical and appropriate
- You will demonstrate ability to raise issues or information to relevant stakeholders or management and to present the issue or information in a concise and effective manner
- You will Identify key issues, trends, observations and effectively report summary results to key stakeholders
- You will support a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols and Influence senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes

Qualifications & relevant experience:

- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA, PMP certification a plus
- Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst preferred
- Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence is preferred
- Knowledge of data & business intelligence concepts, data modeling, report automation
- Skills and experience interacting with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus
