**Position: IT Support and Cloud Administrator**
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**MS Cloud-Based Enterprise Application Administration**:(70% utilization)
**Office 365**:
- Manage Teams subscriptions and ensure appropriate license requirements, optimizing costs.
- Administer O365 app licenses.
- Conduct regular trainings to introduce new features and functionalities, promoting adoption and standardizing best practices across the enterprise.
**SharePoint**:
- Create new project sites and provide end-user access.
- Maintain current user access to SharePoint sites in collaboration with project managers.
- Archive sites after project completion and update to read-only access.
- Conduct regular audits on permissions setup.
- Promote and enforce best practices for data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and cost optimization.
**Exchange**:
- Manage common mailboxes and conduct access reviews.
- Develop and implement enterprise-level policies for DLP and best practices.
**Ongoing Ad Hoc Desktop Support**: (15% utilization)
- Manage the inventory of laptops and other hardware assets for the organization.
- Re-image Windows machines for departing employees and provision new machines for new joiners.
- Address and troubleshoot OneDrive Sync issues.
- Manage commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software licenses, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerBI, and Visio.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting knowledge for advanced management and automation of software and hardware assets.
**AWS & Azure Cloud****:
- **eTel LABS environment: (15% utilization)
- Demonstrate good functional knowledge of IAM consoles for both AWS and Azure cloud providers.
- Manage current user access in collaboration with project managers.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor costs and access control.
**Timezone Flexibility**: Work flexible hours to accommodate the US EST timezone, collaborating effectively with US-based teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing desktop support and managing hardware assets.
- Familiarity with re-imaging Windows machines and provisioning new devices.
- Experience in managing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software licenses.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus.
- Proficiency in administering SharePoint, including creating project sites, managing access, and conducting audits.
- In-depth understanding of Office 365 administration, including Teams subscriptions, license management, and promoting best practices.
- Expertise in Exchange administration, including user mailbox management and implementing DLP policies.
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, specifically IAM consoles and access management.
- Ability to conduct regular audits for cost optimization and access control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide training and guidance to end-users.
