4. **Equipment Management**: Coordinating the allocation and maintenance of construction equipment, vessels, and tools required for marine construction projects. This involves scheduling equipment rentals, conducting inspections, and arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.

5. **Logistics Coordination**: Organizing logístical aspects of marine construction projects, such as transportation of personnel and equipment to and from work sites, procurement of materials, and coordination of support services.

6. **Communication**: Serving as a central point of contact for communication between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members. Providing regular updates on project progress, schedule changes, and any issues that may arise.

10. **Problem-solving**: Addressing any challenges or obstacles that arise during marine construction projects, such as inclement weather, equipment failures, or logístical issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
