Responsibilities:
**Front Desk Operation**: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, providing a positive and professional first impression.
**Phone Management**: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties, taking messages when necessary.
**Visitor Assistance**: Assist visitors with inquiries, provide information about the organization, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment schedules, book meeting rooms, and assist in coordinating appointments for staff and visitors.
**Mail Handling**: Receive and distribute mail and packages, and coordinate courier services as needed.
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required.
**Communication**: Relay important information to staff members, distribute internal communications, and ensure timely delivery of messages.
**Maintain Reception Area**: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
**Security**: Monitor and control access to the premises, issuing visitor badges when required.
**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other administrative and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
