**Job description**
- Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copies and captions for social media posts with indifferent brand tonalities
- Create a weekly/monthly social media calendar
- Co-ordinate with the edit team and create new posts, reels, videos etc for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
- Prompt responses to mentions, DMs and comments on social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc to engage with followers.

**Requirements/ Expected Skillset**:
1. Degree in Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.

2. 0-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive. Experience with digital journalism is a plus

3. Brilliant Understanding of different social media platforms. You must be a jovial/extrovert person by nature. Creating reports on a daily and weekly basis.

4. Flexible and engaging writing style.

5. Knowledge of social engagement metrics such as Google Analytics, Tweetdeck, Facebook Creator Studio and HootSuite.

6. Your (Spoken) & (Written) English should be immaculate (if you google this word, you shouldn't apply).

7. **Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools is a must**. If you know how to work with Video editing tools as well then that is a good bonus.

8. You must have an (open profile) Instagram account

9. You must have posted a photo/reel/story in the last 48 hours of reading this

10. You must know the latest filters/challenges/trends
- **You must want to work in an office/work from home in Delhi with a team (No freelancers)**

**The Challenge and Objectives for the role**

**Key expectations from the Social Media Manager**
- **Brand Development**: You will have to constantly communicate with the audience - this will include (but not be restricted to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other growing social networks.
- **Identify target audience**: Until you accept the notion that you must keep your market focus tight, you'll constrict your business
- the ability to grow. Hence you should analytically use data to laser target your message.
- **Solid Content Strategy**: Content is still the king in this ever-so-evolving marketing waterfront. You should be a good storyteller and devise new content interventions to engage with relevant online communities.
- **Engagement Strategy**: The Social Media exec should listen, respond, ask questions and engage with our audience. There should be careful consideration on how he/she responds to organic(non-paid) leads that appear in the comment section of our posts.

**Influencer marketing**: using influencers to our advantage organically will be a boon.
- **Measure & Analyse to Establish ROI**: Measure results on a daily basis. Your results should tie back to your objectives and provide a clear understanding of the returns you are getting. A few points to measure would be Audience Growth, Audience Profile, AudienceEngagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, and Negative Feedback.
