**Job Summary**

Provide technical or functional leadership to effectively define, communicate, execute test strategy and drive quality assurance for new and existing components of the Medication delivery portfolio.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and documentation of the product systems architecture and systems level design, including the decomposition of the system architecture and requirements into functional specifications.
- Defining a vision:

- The Product Owner oversees setting objectives and creating the product vision.
- By developing a Product Roadmap, a product owner aids the team in maintaining the goal. The product roadmap is a strategic visual summary that maps out the vision and direction of the product.
- Communicate design requirements and provide technical guidance to software developers, testers, and suppliers.
- Ensure user needs are captured, quality requirements are met and technical risks are mitigated
- Improve the clinical workflow, simplify the user interface and improve the readability of user messages.
- Drive communications with customers and marketing to develop and refine user requirements.
- Develop the Risk Management Plan and execute the Risk Management activities defined by the plan.
- Manage integration of deliverables from design teams and external partners.
- Resolve competing constraints between interrelated functions (engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, etc.) required to deliver the product to market.
- Document traceability from requirements to verification activities, and from requirements to design entities.
- Develop and maintain an effective and corroborative working relationship with internal and external development partners.
- Provide leadership to effectively transition the product to production and ensure robust products and deployment processes and verification activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Hand’s on experience technically and functionally leading the verification activities at project level as well as deep understanding of standards such as FDA part 21, IEC 62304, ISO 14971.
- Expertise in Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process - Certified Safe Agile Product owner preferable
- Expertise on automation framework, Squish and scripting language.
- Devops / BDD / TDD understanding.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and positive attitude.
- Problem solving skills and attitude to learn on the job.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors / Master’s in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience
