**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team at GA Design Consultants LLP. The BIM Modeller will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop BIM models for architectural projects.

2. Create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and components using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards.

4. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.

5. Generate construction documents, drawings, and visualizations from BIM models.

6. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the design.

7. Conduct model reviews and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

8. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM technology.

Qualifications:
1. Autodesk certification for revit and autocad

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the architecture or construction industry.

3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Navisworks.

4. Strong understanding of building construction, codes, and standards.

5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Experience with interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration.

9. Certification in BIM software or related technologies is a plus.
