Job Summary

Intermediate level position; responsible in preparing customer files, review batch records, and release batch records. Liaison to our customer's quality assurance groups for batch record review and release. Manage the communication between the operations/production, project management, and other quality groups. Approve all batch records prior to production to ensure that they conform to requirements of cGMP

Key Responsibility Areas & Tasks:
To support product Quality Assurance and Management team in process improvements and tool development meeting the quality requirements and agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Ability to understand the customer requirements and provide suitable resolution by self or liase with internal / external customers, suppliers or stakeholders to provide resolution within the agreed turn around time
- Regular follow up and dedicated customer support beyond the stated responsibilities
- Extract reports from SAP, Qlikview and other database for reporting and Analysis
- Ability create and manage tools/automation developed in house as required for the process

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Good communication skills. Communicates well both verbally and in writing in English
- Well organised and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexible
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and VBA coding
- Knowledge in SAP Access, SQL/VB.net is an asset
- Any Under Graduate / Post Graduate

Life Science / Chemistry will be added advantage
