**The Job Title**: First Impressions Officer

**Location**: Chennai

**The Big Picture**:The first impressions Officer is the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, vendors and employees. The major goal of this position is to provide the best possible office environment to all the visitors as well as to the internal employees and make sure anyone who visits the office gets a noteworthy experience at Illumine-I.

**What you’ll do**: Front Office Management \ Admin and Facilities Management \ Vendor Management \ Housekeeping Management \Cafeteria Management \Office Security Management

**Must Haves**:

- Average knowledge of Excel and Word

**Great to Have**:

- Working knowledge of CCTV Monitoring
- Basic Knowledge of Preliminary First Aid. Knowledge of CPR would be added advantage
- Working knowledge of Fire Extinguisher and Fire Alarm Maintenance
