**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- 1 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated.
- Manage basic bookkeeping duties.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Managing filing system.

**Required Skills**:

- Must have a good command over MS-Excel.
- Good communications & soft skills.
- Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
