We are excited to announce a job opportunity for a talented and dedicated female professional to join our esteemed calibration agency as a Back Office Employee.

As a Back Office Employee at our calibration agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting in maintaining and updating records of clients, calibration reports, and equipment details.
- Coordinating with our technical team to schedule calibration appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
- Managing office supplies and inventory to facilitate daily operations.
- Providing administrative support to our team and assisting with any other relevant tasks as needed.
- Prepare Invoice, Quotations and Calibration Reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and data entry.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or back office role is a plus but not mandatory.
