Project Delivery Coordinator Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.
- **Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the project team.
- **Task Tracking**: Track project tasks and milestones, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- **Resource Coordination**: Assist in coordinating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in quality assurance activities, including reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the project team, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- **Enrollment in a relevant degree program**: Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and project outcomes.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
