Inventory Manger

Job Loaction : Tiruppur
Industry : Garments / Textile are preferred
Experience : 5 to 10 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures.
Regularly monitor and update inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with the finance and operations teams.

**Forecasting and Planning**:Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand for garments.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate demand forecasts.
Adjust inventory levels and reorder points based on demand fluctuations and seasonal trends.

**Supplier Coordination**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with garment suppliers.
Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and lead times with suppliers.
Collaborate with suppliers to streamline order processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

**Technology Utilization**:Utilize inventory management software and systems to track and manage stock levels.
Implement technology solutions to automate inventory processes and improve accuracy.
Stay informed about advancements in inventory management technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.

**Quality Control**:Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing garments.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

**Team Management**:Lead and motivate a team of inventory clerks or assistants.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or concerns within the team.

**Reporting**:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and key performance indicators.
Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Inventory Audit / Tiruppur: 5 years (preferred)
- Inventory management - Garments / Tiruppur: 5 years (preferred)
- Inventory Process Audit: 5 years (preferred)
