Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively promote products to customers
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
4. Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
7. Keep track of inventory and place orders for products as needed
8. Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's products
10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of a Ug Degree or Hsc is require
2. Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred, but not required
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
6. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
7. Proficient in using computers and POS systems
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
9. Must have a passion for jewelry and fashion
10. Freshers with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
