**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce Niyaaz thermal paper products and generate sales leads.

2. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of Niyaaz thermal paper products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

3. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.

4. **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote Niyaaz thermal paper products, emphasizing their unique selling points.

5. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.

6. **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.

7. **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
