- Manage the day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
