**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage reservations and bookings for hotels, flights, and car rentals for staff travel.
- Handle the scheduling of meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
- Provide general support to visitors and resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with online booking systems and travel coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.

**Location : Wadiware, Nashik**

**Salary : 25k-35k**
