**Inbound Sales Associate - UK Sales Process**

**Overview**:
As an Inbound Sales Associate for our UK Sales Process, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our products or services. Your primary objective will be to guide them through the sales process, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings.

This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective customers to identify their needs, preferences, and pain points. Utilize active listening skills to gather relevant information and offer tailored recommendations that align with their objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Articulate product offerings clearly and persuasively to address customer queries and objections effectively.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the end-to-end sales process efficiently, from initial contact through to closure. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update CRM systems, and follow up on leads in a timely manner to ensure seamless progression through the sales pipeline.
- **Relationship Building**: Build rapport and establish trust with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and integrity throughout the sales process. Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales management team. Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and revenue generation.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product developments to enhance your sales knowledge and skills. Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and sales meetings to refine your techniques and contribute to team success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service roles, preferably within the UK market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation strategies.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
