Skills and Qualifications:

- Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, Video sand other marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of design assets.
- Translate marketing briefs and ideas into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines.Work closely with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to the overall creative process.
- Review and provide feedbackon designs produced by other team members to ensure quality and alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production companies, to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colourtheory, and layout composition.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual designs that resonate with the target audience.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design and coding languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus.Join our creative team and contribute your artistic skills to help shape our brand image and communicate our message effectively through compelling visual designs.
