**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Drive profitability through streamlined operations, boosting demand through local channels, ancillary sources of revenue and seamless guest experience
Gain good understanding of customer demographics in the state and plan for sales development
- Set sales targets for sales team; Lead, coach and drive the team to attain targets
- Continuously keep updated with the Medlife Sales portfolio and educate the Sales Team with latest development
- Perform site visits Completing the entire sales process and maintain relationship with the Doctors
- Keep abreast with the market developments and continuously perform competitor analysis
- Take lead and ensure that the customers do not face any issues by taking appropriate steps L
- ook out for new sales avenues
- Maintain/Review KPIs and take appropriate actions.
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities, operations team for delivery & Technical service teams for resolving service issues on time
- Participate in Management reviews and drive team performance reviews
