**Job Description**:
you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customer and hand-hold them in navigating through the course of their treatment ,confirming the order and closing the deal of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing information about our healthcare services.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Language Proficiency: Be fluent in English and Kannada, possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms to effectively interact with customers.
- Healthcare Expertise: Utilize your medical background to understand and effectively communicate healthcare-related information to customers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on our healthcare services, packages, and any necessary information they might need.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling medical appointments and services, ensuring convenience and timely service delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as the healthcare team, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Upselling services :upselling services involves identifying customer needs, recommending and highlighting the benefits.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive in a healthcare home service startup, specifically at Lifetime Health or a similar healthcare setting.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
