**Eligibility Criteria**

Experience: 5+ years in educational content & curriculum creation/Pre-sales

Background: A bachelor’s / master degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.

**Responsibilities**:
l _Curriculum Design and Development
- _Designing and developing comprehensive & industry-relevant curriculum for both UG and PG courses, incorporating latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices.

l _Content Creation and Review
- _Creating and reviewing educational content, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive learning materials & ensuring the content remain up to date.

l _Quality Assurance and Improvement-_ Implementing improvements and modifications based on feedback and performance data to enhance the overall learning experience and outcomes.

l _Technology Trends Research-_ Conducting ongoing research on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the specified technology domains to integrate relevant and cutting-edge content into the curriculum. Analyzing market demands and industry needs.

l _Assessment and Evaluation Framework
- _Developing robust assessment tools and methods to evaluate student learning outcomes and the overall effectiveness. Analyzing assessment results to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student performance and knowledge retention.

l _Technological Integration and Innovation-_ Identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies into the curriculum.

**Skillset required**:
l _Content Creation:_ Proficiency in creating educational content, including lesson plans, course materials, and assessments, that align with learning objectives.

l _Communication and Collaboration: _Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educational teams, faculty, and stakeholders.

l _Subject Matter Proficiency: _Experience or willingness to collaborate with industry experts, technology companies, and professional organizations for curriculum & content needs

l _Quality Control: _Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the quality and accuracy of curriculum materials

l _Research & Content Development:_ Know-how of research, academic content creation in the field of technology - RPA, AI/ML, Data Science, Full-Stack.

l _Software Skills:_ Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
