**Job Title: Junior Typist**

**Introduction**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Typist. As a Junior Typist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, transcription, and document processing. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their typing skills and gain experience in a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely typing of various documents, including letters, reports, and memos.
- Data entry and maintenance of records in electronic databases.
- Transcription of audio recordings into written documents.
- Proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Handling general office tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.

**Requirements**:

- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 250-300 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transcription.
- Proficient in using word processing software and other relevant office tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
