- 10,000 To 20,000 Per Month

Education:

- 12th Pass, Diploma or Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years as a Typist
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year with real Estate field

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe and type real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry of property details, pricing information, and other relevant data.
- Format and organize documents to meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive real estate information.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and document formatting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
