Job Title: Residential Sales

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the residential sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members for professional development.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive residential property sales.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Oversee the negotiation and closing of residential property transactions.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess team performance against targets.

Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps.

Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant information with the team.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment in achieving overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and management abilities with a focus on team building and collaboration.

Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass goals.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proven ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
