**Job Summary**

The Executive, eCommerce will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in eCommerce operations and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage eCommerce Platforms**: Oversee daily operations of our eCommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- **Content Management**: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are up-to-date and engaging.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and customer loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the eCommerce platform competitive.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in eCommerce, digital marketing, or analytics.
- **Experience**: Experience in Manufacturing eCommerce industry.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
