**Job Title**: eCommerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the eCommerce website with new products, promotions, and content.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and performs well across all devices.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and usability to identify areas for improvement.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media insights to analyze campaign performance.
- **Product Management**:

- Oversee product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure accurate and appealing product representation.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and returns.
- Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements to the eCommerce platform.
- **Sales & Reporting**:

- Track and report on sales performance, website metrics, and marketing campaign results.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- **Inventory & Logistics**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Implement efficient processes for order processing, shipping, and returns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align eCommerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as digital agencies, to enhance online marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
